I have s about 15 kg of body fat after joining it. This gym isn't has any fancy facility and comfort care ideas but you knows that if you want to shine then you have to burn your comfort zone and dive within fire and this please has all kind of fire and burners. You just need to follow trainer nothing else. TIP - Talk to trainer before joining and tell him your goals and allow him to decide that you need cardio section daily or not.
