I went to the gym and asked the owner about the Fees for a month and he said it's 1000 per month. Didn't show me any Banner neither mentioned any policies. Then we agreed on 900 and i paid him. I went to the gym for 4 days and then I couldn't continue for a reason. I told him i need a refund for the remaing days. He said no. It's not in our policy. What is this Customer service if they can't issue a refund. They didn't tell me anything when i joined. I came there to Exercise, it can happen that I couldn't see the banner. This is unacceptable and need my refund or else I'm hitting there gym with a lawsuit. Doesn't matter it's 700 or 7000.
