Very disappointed with the experience. My 6-year-old child injured his foot while playing and was crying, but the staff didn't let me go inside to help him because I didn't have a ticket. They were rude and completely untrained. How can we trust such staff with kids' safety? Who is responsible when a child gets hurt under your supervision?
