Amit sir is my favorite yoga teacher! I love taking his classes because they are challenging but relaxing at the same time. It's a fantastic way to get a good workout. . He is also very patient to teach every yoga position. I feel very helpful when I taking his classes. And will be continued!

Hands down the best yoga in the city as the teachers (Amit and Ramesh) pay attention to each and every detail during the session. I always feel a strong sense of calm upon arrival to the place, and every moment throughout the session is met with peace and tranquility. It is a great experience! Highly recommend their classes.
