We have been taking yoga classes from mam for the last year and it's been a pleasant experience. I feel more energetic and lively after the yoga classes and it keeps my whole day very energetic. Also I'm able to focus more on my day to day activities. Ma'am gives personal attention and guides us patiently in doing the different yoga poses. The timings are also perfect and flexible and this helps us in doing yoga at the comfort of our homes and plan our day effectively.
