Great gym, kinda pricy but definitely worth it. Steam/sona baths are the highlight. Experienced trainer with humour. Supportive people and aerobics from 6 to 7 PM. Kinda crowded, but definitely my go to.

A beautiful place to be added to in your daily schedule. It is not just a gym, It is the place where you can increase your physical strength and can have peace of mind. Gym trainers are very much to everyone. It has aerobics class, steam bath, gym but the most important is lovely surroundings.

Nice gym and slimming centre. A little bit costly but one of the best place to loose weight. Both for males and females. Situated in sector 13 shopping complex. Easily Noticeable from road. treadmill's installed in large numbers. Steam bath available.Cardio exercises a major feature.

All the gym equipments are present,,cool and proper air conditioning,,nice trainer and little overpriced but the price is reduced if you take membership for three or more months..

Good gym to join coach is best train dance very polite with everyone one month package is costly but six month package is good and one year package is awesome
