Thew Fitness - Available on cult.fit - Gym in DLF Phase 1, Gurugram

As a Cult Fit membership holder from another city, I was in Gurgaon and looking to access a clean, well-maintained, and air-conditioned gym--especially given the peak summer temperatures exceeding 40degC. After checking out a few gyms in the area, I chose to use my Cult credits to access Thew Fitness at Arjun Marg. To my surprise, the staff at the reception seemed unaware of how Cult credits work, particularly for out-of-town members or even for accessing other partner gyms within the same city. This lack of awareness was disappointing. Regarding the gym itself, while it is spacious and not crowded during afternoon hours (which I prefer), the air conditioning--especially in the weight training area--is inadequate and requires proper servicing. The space also needs deep cleaning to match basic hygiene expectations. Although the cardio section is better maintained, the overall experience could be significantly improved. Cult and the gym management must address crowd management during peak hours and invest in better upkeep. The facility has strong potential, but it requires consistent operational attention if they aim to build a loyal and sustainable member base.

I recently joined Thew Fitness and have been taking personal training sessions with Stephen. He is by far one of the best trainers here--knowledgeable, motivating, and very attentive to technique. He customises every workout based on my goals and fitness level, pushes me just the right amount, and makes sure I train safely. I've already noticed improvements in my stamina and strength within a short span of time. Highly recommend Stephen if you're looking for a professional and dedicated personal trainer.

I have experienced so many GYMs for the past couple of years BUT the experience at Thew fitness ( also Cult franchise) is simple awesome. The politeness of staff , hygiene, quality of machines and the experience of crew/trainers is simply out of world and very difficult to find in the vicinity of DLF area.

Thew Fitness is one of the best gyms in Gurgaon--clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The highlight for me has been training with Stephen. He's an excellent personal trainer who customizes workouts to suit individual goals and ensures proper form every time. His energy and encouragement keeps me motivated. If you join, definitely ask for Stephen!
