POWER GYM is personally one of the best and safe Gym in Sector-38. Here, the gym offers a wide variety of equipment, including top-of-the-line treadmills, free weights, and resistance machines. Trainer is just an awesome personality who always train you well and motivate you to do your best. He really inspires me alot. The trainer is knowledgeable and truly care about helping you reach your fitness goals. Getting trained under such a knowledgeable and mindful trainer who is always there to help you and motivate you is a blessing and I'm thankful to find such a GYM with an awesome Trainer. Thank you Trainer for the place to workout and make me feel comfortable without any hesitation.

One of the best Gym in Sector 38. Being a beginner I personally loved the accepting environment(trust me nobody is going to judge u). More than enough equipment available to achieve that dream physique and i can assure that you'll love the vibe. Phonk+ Bollywood+Punjabi songs are on point. And most importantly you'll love being trained from such professional trainer it's like initially u don't need to have that sophisticated knowledge, sir will teach you everything from basics and you'll learn, grow and enjoy being a part.
