Gym Armour ( sector 57)

Love this gym! Super clean, has all the equipment I need, plus little perks like fresh towels and a coffee machine (yes, please!). Also really appreciate how female-friendly the space is--it feels safe, welcoming, and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This gym has everything you need -- quality equipment, a clean environment, and a motivating vibe. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the crowd is serious about training but respectful of others. Machines are well-maintained, and there's plenty of variety whether you're into strength training, cables, or cardio. Easily one of the best places to stay consistent and see real progress! Sachin Sir and Hunny sir are great and provide mentorship and have helped me build my dream physique that I always wanted to have.

I have been going to this gym for some time now, and overall the environment is good and the facilities are nice. The staff are friendly, but as a beginner I sometimes feel a little lost. Since I didn't book a personal trainer, I thought I might still get a little guidance on posture or basic exercises, but unfortunately I often end up relying on YouTube videos and Google. There have been a few times (about 4-5) when I tried to call a trainer for help, but I was ignored. After a while, it started to feel disrespectful and uncomfortable to keep asking again. Because of this, I feel sad and disappointed, since I truly want to learn and train the right way. I think it would be very helpful if the gym could let beginners know from the start that without a personal trainer, there won't really be guidance available. That way, people can make an informed decision before enrolling.. Please understand, this is not a complaint -- just my personal experience and feelings. Also, I kindly request not to try to figure out who wrote this or to ask me directly, because that would only make me more uncomfortable. This gym still has potential and gives hope, but I really wish there was more support and encouragement for beginners like me.

I've had a great experience at Gym Armour, Sector 57. The facilities are well-maintained, the environment is motivating, and the equipment is top-notch.
