Gold's Gym, Gold Souk sector 43

I was a member of gym for roughly 2 years and this is an honest feedback. Extremely small and compact gym with very smelly bathrooms and change area. Gym is male dominated with trainers are very unprofessional and are seen judging females and their body types. I have personally avoided a lot of such communications that were initiated as I don't like it at all. I have in total took 5 months of personal training (spending more than 50k) and was extremely disappointed with the methodology. Trainer is always on Mobile and sometime will even train multiple people in the same slot. Air conditioning is always a problem with everyone solely focused on saving electricity bills disregarding comfort of their customers. Owner is always dismissive of the reported problems this making the overall experience extremely disappointing.

Very small gym. Gold Gym just by the name.. AC dont works properly. Washroom smells like hell. No proper Management for towels in shower room. Other 2 gold gyms of gurgaon are far better.

Have been working out for over 6 months now and have not faced any challenge.. Trainers at the gym are great. They guide you in such a way so that you perform the exercise in best possible way. Gym is very well designed and has an enormous space inside and has several workout spaces for Cardio and Yoga. Also, all the machines are well maintained. Gym is cleaned regularly, and good Hygiene is maintained by staff. On daily basis various group classes are scheduled from Yoga, Spinning, Power Yoga which are very well conducted by professional trainers. I would rate this as a best gym in Sushant Lok area.
