I had joined the gym for 15 days and had to leave urgently for some work after just using the gym for 2 days. They refused to freeze the membership or even transfer it later. Not accommodating at all despite using the gym for so long!! Owner does not even pick up the phone. Highly unprofessional!! Unaccommodating behaviour !!
