I highly recommend the practice. I have taken 1:1 and group sessions from Avani's team members since 2016. They have helped me in the most difficult times when I was struggling with my fitness, building stamina and lately getting back my normal life from having a severe frozen shoulder issue. Her trainers from Tej Ram in 2018-2019, to Akash in 2024-25 are very well trained with a graduation in Yoga. Most important is the care, compassion and empathy they have. Disciplined and customised workout-yoga-stretching-strength training as per the need. Last November I was not able to raise my right hand beyond a certain level, not able to tie my hair and today I can do all normal activities. Thank you, Avani and Akash. God bless the practice.
