This is one of the best fitness clubs in the area. The crowd is pleasant, the trainers are helpful, the equipments plenty with minimal waiting time and the facilities are hygienic. Overall the experience is wholistic and better than some of the other gyms in gurgaon.

Do not join this gym if you are a beginner. There are no floor trainers to help with the workouts. Their only interest is to sell PT.
Considering what they charge as joining fee there should be a basic level of help provided. the facility is very over crowded in the morning.

The worst gym you would find in this area. Everyone, from the receptionist to the trainers are rude and misbehave with their members. They will also constantly force to for personal training. As a member of the gym, I was insulted by the staff when I came here to show this gym to my friend. Without checking my name or asking who I am, one of the trainers claimed that my membership has expired even when I bought a six month membership. A total waste of money and completely unwelcoming to beginners. Beware! Don't spend your hard earned money here!
To the gym, shame on you. Everyone who enters through your doors deserves respect!

I have been using FF since 2008 with intervals as I was away a lot and have watching the customer service deteriorate- no regard for older members and too much attitude especially by the Manager Ms Mehta. She had an issue with me during Covid as - their protocols were not being followed - I left . The attitude continues and with their ridiculous charges it is not even worth the time . There are far better places where staff are not high handed so going to FF is a waste of time . Arrogant place .
