I am from Delhi and I joined last month. The gym is clean and all machines work well. The trainers are very helpful and friendly. They guide you properly even if you are a beginner. The environment is full of energy. I really enjoy working out here. Best gym in the area.

I'm writing this review to share a deeply disappointing and concerning experience at Empire of Fitness. It came to light that personal training (PT) sessions were being sold unofficially within the gym, without any formal structure or transparency. I paid a trainer--who was operating within the gym premises--for personal training, only to be defrauded. The trainer took the payment but never provided the sessions. When I reported this to the gym management, they claimed they had no knowledge of personal training being conducted unofficially on their premises. Frankly, this raises serious concerns. How can such activities go unnoticed in a professional gym environment? Although the gym did take action by firing the trainer, there has been no accountability or compensation for members like me who were directly affected. When I continued to raise the issue and asked for fair resolution, my own membership was suspended -- rather than addressing the fact that a member was taken advantage of within their facility. Is this really the standard of ethical practice that Empire of fitness stands by? Members deserve a safe and transparent environment, not punishment for speaking up against wrongdoing. I hope this review encourages the gym to reflect on its internal controls and approach to customer service. Future members, be cautious and always verify what services are officially provided.

This GYM is a SCAM , please don't go. They will pressure you to get membership and give you very good advice till the time you pay and then you are own your own. Better to workout in the park in my opinion. Finding parking for your car is a huge problem. They don't help . I paid 1500 and learnt from my mistake.
