DON'T JOIN THIS GYM IF YOU WANT AC IN THE GYM!!! Trainers keep the AC off or too low, saying things like agar apko airconditioned gym chahiye to dusre gym chale jao. When asking for refund they will start denying you money and tell you that it's not in their policy to refund but there are no policies. They will just make things up and say that they will turn down the AC and make it cooler which they won't. In fact the head trainer Pankaj said that they will turn off the AC completely in winters. "Aap ghar pe bhi AC chalate ho thand me", he said. We don't workout at home, we workout in the gym. Sometimes the gym is hotter than outside during late noon too. It gets unbearably hot sometimes. I even saw someone working out faint once because of it and the trainer turned on the AC at full after his client fainted and fell down in front of her husband. Haven't seen them in this gym since then lol. They won't care if the weight is slipping from your hands but about their comfort. Sometime back the AC did not work for 10 days and they didn't do anything too. It literally becomes a sauna of a gym. Not only that there is a very bad power backup. Whenever there's an electricity cut, the treadmills and stairmaster will stop instantly which can injure someone badly if they are running fast. Yesterday the gym was without electricity for a couple of hours in the morning too and people had to workout in complete darkness. All the trainers are rude if you're not their personal client or ask them to turn the AC up especially Shubham and the head trainer Pankaj. They even interrupt mid-set to tell you to re-rack weights , while the head trainer leaves benches and weights lying around. There aren't enough weights in this gym. If two people want to do heavy legs on the same day, there aren't enough 20kg or 15kg plates for them to use. There's only two 25kg plates which are so wide they will take half the racking space. The men's washroom feels like a sauna since the exhaust fan doesn't work. The urinals aren't cleaned often either and it feels like a sulabh shauchalaya. Trainers especially Shubham and the underage kids that work there keep changing AC settings to make the gym a sauna and sometimes they just stare at people. They also employ underage kids to clean and do stuff here. I've seen a 10 year old working here too. Most trainers don't know what they are doing as well. They will make their clients do 30 reps of super lightweights lol and meaningless supersets. I've seen them make their clients do exercises with bad form too lol. They will make all their personal clients write good reviews so the gym seems perfect but beware. They will say some things first and later deny them. Things are not always what they seem at first. Sometimes the true colors are revealed with time. Be careful what you get into.
