The gym has great facilities -- good equipment, a clean setup, and an overall motivating environment. However, there are a couple of important concerns that need to be addressed.
1. Ventilation in Group Workouts: The group workout sessions, although well-guided, often feel suffocating due to poor ventilation. With multiple people working out in a closed space, proper airflow becomes essential. Improved air circulation or cooling would make these sessions much more comfortable and effective.
2. Trainer's Focus: While personal training (PT) is understandably more tailored, it shouldn't be the only priority. Goals like light weight loss, basic fitness, or toning also deserve guidance. Right now, general members often feel overlooked unless they opt for PT. A good trainer should be equally involved with all members, offering basic support and motivation regardless of PT status.
Addressing these concerns would really elevate the gym experience for everyone.

I've been a member at cult neo gym for the past 7 months, and it's easily one of the best gyms I've ever joined.
The equipment is top-notch and regularly maintained. From free weights to resistance machines and cardio gear, everything is clean and in great shape.
The staff is super welcoming and helpful.
I highly recommend this gym to everyone .The facilities are top-notch, trainers are very knowledgeable,and the atmosphere is always motivating.

the gym is quite good for a person who want to start out as a beginner, but if you came here as a intermediate or a advance lifter. there something you need to know that machine here are just an average machines and here is lack of many necessary machines which we need as a pro or a advanced athlete but the staff here is quite good specially Ms shikha kapoor

Don't ever, ever come to this gym until and unless you want to surround yourself with pathetic and ridiculous people. Especially the training staff. These people are highly trained in not providing you with actual training. I feel so dumbstruck when I see these trainers teach such pathetic exercises to beginners. I haven't met such rude staff in my life. Also, about the ambience. It starts to get a bit nicer when you come to the gym regularly. But, we can't forget the infotainment. They've morphed this gym into a haryanvi gym. The music which gets played is either too loud or too haryanvi.
In the end, the most I can give is a single star because I don't have the option to give less than that.
