Very disappointing experience at Cult Gym, Sector 69, Gurgaon.
Mr. Yogesh, one of the staff members, misbehaved and argued with me and my wife -- extremely unprofessional behaviour. Moreover, the facility management is very poor. There was no water available in the gym for nearly two months ago Despite raising multiple complaints, including through the app, no one took it seriously, and it took almost a month to get resolved. Even now, many machines often remain out of order.
Additionally, around 9:45 PM, the lights and AC are switched off, and members are asked to leave early, which is completely unacceptable.
Overall, a very poor experience in terms of staff behaviour and facility maintenance. Cult should take immediate corrective action to improve the customer experience at this branch and customers should twice think before purchasing membership.

The gym environment is clean, modern, and very motivating. They follow strict hygiene protocols, and the equipment is top-notch and well-maintained. The Cult app also makes it super easy to book classes and track progress.
Whether you're a beginner or a regular, this place keeps you consistent and excited about working out. Totally worth the investment in your health!
However, not all trainers are equally skilled or attentive. While some are exceptional and really push you to do your best, a few could improve their nature to help people.

Extremely disappointing experience.
Dirty & unhygienic: Building entrance is filthy, basement parking smells bad, and lifts are non-functional.
Poor maintenance: No pot in the gym washroom, many machines not working, and AC is often off.
Overcrowded: Too many members for the available space and equipment.
Lack of quality training: No proper early morning HRX sessions or structured guidance from trainers.
For the premium pricing, this level of service and hygiene is unacceptable. Definitely not worth the hype.

Terrible customer Support - had a injury on first day of their dance classes -Gave them proofs of medical opinion by top doctors(Max/fortis) alongside document - Missed 2 month due to injury recovery - Requested them to give an extension but they just close all my tickets without any talking or due consideration. Reached out to their staff at gym and they are equally pathetic with false promise and no action . it's just a business , no relationship building where they take money and then just leave you unattended if you face issues - Pathetic Customer Care Service - Watch out priorhand
