This gym never compromised with quality
Started with life fitness equipments
Now added few new equipments from matrix fitness
Matrix and life fitness Both are well known brands
this gym deserves 6 stars
There's always something messed up here. The AC has been dead all summer -- stepping inside feels like entering a sauna from hell. Most treadmills either don't work or have some annoying issue every other day.
The staff behaves like they're doing you a favour by letting you in, as if they're paying you to suffer here -- not the other way around.
The place is cramped, zero vibe, and the music? Pathetic.
Avoid this place unless you enjoy being overcharged for discomfort, attitude, and garbage service.
Pro - Very nice and specious gym. All machines are from lifefitness.
Con - No seperate brench for chest workout(Decline incline and flat). only one bench is there and you have adjust for all for all chest workout.
This cult center has most client than rest of the places in gurugram. Very much crowded in the evenig from 6-10PM. Although management and cleaning is good.
On 2nd floor there is reception, group classes and cardio area and on 3rd floor there is wight lifting.
Trainers are very friendly and will advice you at any point of time you get stuck. Exceptions are everywhere.
For any beginer it is very much adviced to take group classes and learn the poses of the workout from different sessions.
Boxing, S&S, HRX, dance all the classes are held on 2nd floor.
There is a decent area for parking your vehicle in case you want to go with that.
It's over crowded, the managers sitting there will constantly keep a check on how long you're using equipment for and actually fight with you and accuse you of lying then scream at you without having ANY proof. Definitely go to a different centre
One of the best workout places in gurgaon. The trainers are humble and supportive. The floor space is vast and is top notch.

Dude abruptly takes off the weights while I'm exercising, because according to him his client wants to do the exercise now.
I reason with him. Doesn't listen.
I ask him to not misbehave and he replies "abhi batameezi kari nahi hain maine" (i haven't misbehaved yet)
Says in an almost death threat tone. Raised a ticket with cult and they did nothing about it. Ticket #4398698
