Overall experience is good. Nice environment. Have all the machines. Staff is good. 2 trainer at time. Gym timing 6 am to 10 pm. Trainer timing 5 am to 10 am then 4 pm to 10 pm. Suggestion : Hire helper instead of more trainer it will boost customer satisfaction.

I have been exercising here from past 3 years and it never felt like there is something which I am missing. Really good trainers and knows their job well. Female friendly environment. Servicing machines periodically. Enough weight. Healthy environment. Proper ventilated space. Close to market and mall as well if you wanna have quick bite or cheat meal
