Overall experience is good. Nice environment. Have all the machines. Staff is good. 2 trainer at time. Gym timing 6 am to 10 pm. Trainer timing 5 am to 10 am then 4 pm to 10 pm. Suggestion : Hire helper instead of more trainer it will boost customer satisfaction.

Best gym in sector 37 with all machines & professional trainers.. management is too good ..you will get safe environment with supportive staff

I have been exercising here from past 3 years and it never felt like there is something which I am missing. Really good trainers and knows their job well. Female friendly environment. Servicing machines periodically. Enough weight. Healthy environment. Proper ventilated space. Close to market and mall as well if you wanna have quick bite or cheat meal

Great place for workout very supportive staff very good environment

It's beautifully built, the space is utilised properly it never feels crowded to me. (I visit at 4-4:30 though) An instructor will always be there for you. The machines are all new, the place is clean. And by just looking at the place you feel like exercising I don't know why. Maybe because it has faux grass literally everywhere which is good on the eyes. Post covid Update: There are two desanitising sprays installed right now, one for the hands and the other for the complete body(at entry). We're supposed to sanatise our hands after each exercise. They've expanded, more space now.
