I've had an amazing experience at 7 Ocean Gym! The equipments are well maintained and my trainer Mr. Amrender singh is very knowledgeable and encouraging. He focus on correct form, plans workouts according to my goals, and makes every session productive and motivating by always pushing me to do better without being harsh. The atmosphere keeps you motivated every day. Staff members are always smiling and greeting everyone -- such a friendly and positive people. Makes the atmosphere so much better. Worth recommending!!

Unprofessional and Misleading Set-Up - A Gym to Avoid
Manipulative Pricing: The so-called "membership fee" is nothing but a bargaining racket. Prices range anywhere from 55,000 to 30,000 depending on how much you push back. A friend paid 55,000 two months ago, another was taken for 40,000, I was quoted 35,000 -- and had I delayed further, it would have dropped to 30,000 or even less. Zero transparency, only opportunism.
No Invoice or Payment Proof: After taking your money, they flatly refuse to provide an invoice. Despite repeated follow-ups, nothing is shared -- it feels deliberately hidden, as though they don't want any accountability.
Unreasonable Documentation & Harassment Calls: Post-payment, they suddenly start demanding unnecessary documents under the guise of KYC, which no reputable gym asks for. On top of that, they keep calling from different numbers, pestering you for confirmations and add-ons, making the entire experience feel shady and harassing.
Harassment for Leads: Once you're a member, the harassment doesn't stop. They aggressively pressure you to provide contacts of friends and family as "leads" for their sales team. If you don't comply, the attitude changes immediately -- unprofessional, rude, and pushy.
Deceptive Sales & False Promises: The reception manager (Vikas) and GM (Amit) misrepresent benefits and oversell the facilities. In reality, it's a shabby, poorly maintained gym with untrained trainers. Even basic equipment like rowing machines or ski trainers is missing.
Overall: This is not a professional gym; it's a scammy setup built on lies, harassment, and manipulation. From fluctuating fees to lead-hunting tactics, they exploit members instead of serving them. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place altogether.
I left the gym in 2 days of joining because of the bad behaviour. Their owner Ajeet remains aloof of such harassment of clients and focused on making money. Attached is the number of calls made by their BD team in a day. It was scary

Was very luck to have found this place! The gym is superb and equipped with everything a modern gym needs but that's not the best part. The best is they maintain a very good environment for you to workout with plenty of staff and assistance always available. I opted for a personal trainer and Manish Chaudhary who trains me is excellent. He not only is very technical but also a very good motivator. All in all this is a great gym to be using.

My son has been going to 7 Ocean-The Fitness Club for the past 2 years and it's only on his recommendation that I joined too. This fitness club has the best equipment very appropriately placed in sections that allows good movement. But I feel the best part about this gym is their upkeep of machines and the trainers. Amit, my trainer is not only thorough with what he does but has immense patience and an ability to recognise the potential in people he works with.
