I joined this gym before covid when it had just started. It was really good at that time with new equipment and nice ambiance. The management provided free bottled water and air conditioning was perfect for a workout. Now the gym is in a pathetic condition. The machines have never been upgraded. The management is least bothered about the comfort of the members. THEY PUT THE ACs OFF TO SAVE ELECTRICITY. NO ONE BOTHERS IF YOU COMPLAIN. The Steam Room is often NOT WORKING. Even small things like TOWELS ARE OFTEN NOT AVAILABLE. Sad state of affairs. Anand Mathur.

machines are good but that's it. Absolutely scamming, unprofessional, uncoordinated and uninformed team who not only took a month to discuss the issue with us, but also didn't not agree between themselves and were communicating not in the best form with us. So called manager foreigner is an absolute pain to deal with, only caring about making money and not their clients, who could've stayed with them for many years if only gym representatives handled things with brains. Last but not least: personal trainers should look healthy and inspiring if they want to promote workouts and their services, which I couldn't say for the female and some of the male staff of this gym. Been to many gyms of the world, this will forever be the joke of our lives.

Gym is good. I was attending yoga also at 8 am daily. Suddenly gym stopped yoga class from Monday without informing me. Not fair. Gym management should act/ react

Hygiene, well maintained, friendly & safe atmosphere fully equipped over all Best gym in this area...trainers are very helpful and sales team very cooperative special Mr Basant is awesome.. FULL RECOMMENDED TO JOIN
