This gym offers excellent training and a supportive environment. My trainer, Sonu, is exceptional in guiding me through each exercise with proper technique. He customise workouts to fit individual needs. I would highly recommend Sonu to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals, as his expertise and dedication are truly remarkable. The only area that needs improvement is the ventilation, as the gym can feel quite suffocating at times. Installing more effective AC's would greatly enhance the overall experience, making it a perfect place for everyone. Despite this minor issue, I am very satisfied with the services provided and look forward to continuing my training here.
