This gym has a wonderful ambiance with a very positive vibe. The Zumba classes by Ankita are just amazing once you attend one session with her, you won't want to miss any of them! She brings so much energy and motivation. Also, Adesh sir , the instructor, is very supportive and always guides with patience. Highly recommended!

Hi, myself Neha, I joined this gym 5 months ago, I must say gym environment is supportive, friendly and motivating where members feel comfortable and encouraged.
Well maintained equipments. The trainers (Adesh Sir and Pankaj Sir) are experienced and well mannered who always help us to stay motivated and achieve our targets. Regular classes of Zumba and Yoga. Zumba session by Ankita Mam is super fun and full of sweat. Diet plans are also provided.

5. They say there is no Personal training required in the beginning of joining the gym and later you find that trainer do not even look at you and talk to you until you pay him personal training fees.
6. trainer not supportive only help girls.
