The gym is newly opened, and all the equipment is new too. All the machines are there to target each muscle group. The trainers/coaches are also friendly and help you promptly. You will hear them giving you instructions while working out a lot, which is good because maintaining a good posture throughout the workout is difficult and you need someone to guide you.
