At starting my weight was about 84.5kg and after 30 days I have lost about 6kg weight and I am 78kg . Gym trainer Are very cooperative and supportive. They have made very nice diet plan for me and for others too . Before this gym I joined many gyms but according to me this gym is best gym in Ellenabad

The energy Zone Gym started 12 years ago in Ellenabad. If you are a fitness freak and looking forward to module your body like a gymnast,then this perfect place warmly welcomes you. The coach is supportive and have certified professional experience . There are separate batches for male and female along with cardio workout. You can have your trial session anytime expect Sunday

Sirra gym. I gained 4-5 kg weight in just few weeks.when i firslty joined the gym i was one able to do 10-12 pushups now after a month i am easily able to do 35-40 pushup per set . I feel much stronger than before. The trainer is a very wholesome guy. He always motivate us to achieve our goals . And there is a weekly competition where we can see how much strength we have gained in last 6 days . And it is quite fun to compete against everyone else in the gym. And after the competition the winner gets a lot of motivation and hope that he can gain a lot of strength . And the guy who lose train himself harder and at that rate the winner and loser can gain very fast by putting all the efforts together. At end i want to say this is a perfect gym for beginners and for veterans too

It was my first time joining the gym it was nice here.Initially I thought that it was a lil bit expensive Bt after some time I realised why it was that. It's due the quality of work provided here.Trainer is very helpfull and encouraging.Machines are in good condition and well working.
