Honest review: I'll tell the goods and the bads so you people can decide before moving or investing here! Positives- The society's location is perfect, as it's on the main Delhi Jaipur highway and there is smooth connectivity to Delhi. The layout of society is quite good and there are multiple parks to satisfy all age groups. There is ample parking space underground as well as outside. Lifts are clean and well maintained, Power back up is good. The area is peaceful to get away from city life. There are two small marts to for daily essentials, fruits and vegetables, small chemist shop, ATM at the gate itself. Milk basket delivers here, limited delivery from Zomato, all online shopping apps deliver at doorstep. Airport cab facility is available. Negatives- Same or even higher level of pollution than Delhi, please don't think you'll get fresh air here, lot of polluting industries nearby. You can check AQI of Dharuhera and Bhiwadi, it's almost always higher than Delhi's. High maintenance charges, and staff is rude. Construction is not adequate- plasters fall of wall, lot of dampness, termites eating wood work, pipelines leakage quite prevalent. Recycled sewer water in flush is always dirty and black which is extremely unhygienic. Swimming pool in the club is not functional for past 4-5 years. Not pet friendly. People fight a lot, bully a lot, calling police for every small issue is a joke... Basically uncivilized local population. There is lot of regionalism and RWA only works for their benefit. The neighborhood is quite unwelcoming, especially to tenants and owners hailing from outside the state, they keep to themselves. Many have vacated the area because of multiple incidents of harassment- mental and physical. All in all- Bad experience.
