It's the best gym in Bahadurgarh , the managing staff is also very cooperative with the best certified trainers to help us , the hygiene is also well maintained . I will only prefer for the golds gym in Bahadurgarh

I am an old client of Gold's Gym, and I was shocked at the way I was treated recently. I visited Gold's Gym yesterday around 9 AM, and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, there was no trainer available for personal training. I spoke with the receptionist, Princy, who told me that trainers Rohit Khanna and Vijay were available. When I asked about Vijay, she informed me that he would be available in the evening from 5-6 PM, and that he stays the whole day, so I could come in the evening as well. I mentioned that I could do my session with Khanna around 7-8 AM instead, but due to some urgent work the next morning, I couldn't attend. Later, when I was free, I called and told the receptionist that I couldn't come in the morning and would attend in the evening with Vijay as she had informed me earlier. At that point, she said very rudely that Vijay only comes early in the morning and cannot stay in the evening. The way she spoke was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. She made it sound like if I missed one session, I was wasting their time, as if she had done me a big favor. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and clear communication, but her attitude was the opposite. This kind of arrogance and disrespect is completely unacceptable, especially from the receptionist, who is supposed to be the face of the gym. Instead of assisting me with clarity and politeness, she spoke in a condescending, careless, and unprofessional manner. She behaved as if customers are answerable to her, forgetting that it is the clients who keep the gym running. Even after being an old and loyal client, this is the treatment I received. Reception is about communication, courtesy, and making clients feel welcome -- but Princy lacks all of these qualities. Gold's Gym management seriously needs to review how their front-desk staff is trained, because one unprofessional receptionist can damage the reputation of the entire gym. If I visit again in the future, I will make sure to give her proper feedback directly. This experience with receptionist Princy was highly disappointing, and Gold's Gym should really pay attention to improving the quality of their front-desk staff.
