My experience here has been amazing. No matter whether you join for a long time or short, you are paid full attention. The equipments are of wide range, which makes it suitable for all people. This is one of those few places where you are guided based on what is actually required instead of a generic training for all. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I have seen everyone being trained with utmost sincerity. Medical problems are also taken care of while training and with knowledge, not just based on common beliefs. All in all, it is a go to for fitness.

Stay fit gym is a positive and supportive space for anyone who's looking for a change in their lives, not just physical but emotional too. The trainers here are very friendly and supportive. I have been training under Manu Sharma the great coach and owner of stay fit lounge. From initial 3 months when I started here i can see the results in me. He has given me a good diet and training to gain muscle and also for weight loss. I suggest Stay fit if you are seeking a good training and good diet under budget.
