This gym is the best in the area which has good ambience, equipments, well trained staff and offers steam bath, bhangra classes, Salsa, zumba, Yoga etc.

It's best in ambala. People here are professional. Cleanliness is taken care very well. It has almost all the good quality equipments to do the workout. Most importantly , unlike other gyms in the area, they don't interrupt your workout in any way. Worth it.

Neat and clean gym. The equipments are new and lovely. You can do both weight lifting and crossfit there. They give more priority to weightlifting. Showers and steam bath are also available. The packages are different for time duration. 9k for 3 months, 13k for 6 and 15-16k for 12months. And if you want personal training, it will cost you rs.8000 per month.

The name of brand is big. But the gym is mismanaged. Also too expensive as compared to other gym, which are giving a lot of other facilities. Parking facilities are good. Crowd is less. The main thing is it's open for the whole day but trainers are there for peak hours else there is only 1 trainer for remaining day.
