I found a very Good Policy and an affordable price also the gym is in an open atmosphere with good Ventilation. The owner and Trainer are very nice Good Behaviour. The Exercise is given as per the body, height and weight of the person. It's good as before
Good quality equipments. Air conditioners are set at a temperature that offer little cooling, can get hot & really uncomfortable around weights where lot of people tend to converge at peak hours. Avoid peak hours. The owner has little knowledge but is a self proclaimed expert! Go workout when he is not around. Gym is really good otherwise...

Mr. Ankit Thakar, with his experience from a well know gym chain of India, established this gym in late 2013-14 (if I am correct) . I can say this gym made a revolutionary change in the pattern of gym in veraval city. Initially this gym started on sagar hotel building, after the establishment of gym, by seeing the style and working pattern many people started renovated or established new gym in same style and form. So without any doubt I can say this gym is responsible for the change in the city. Later the gym shifted to own a three storied building at Bihari nagar. This gym is responsible for my transformation, there are many equipment's which helps to chisel your body. If this gym is in a metro city, you have to pay 12-18 thousand rupees as annual fees. Many of the people in the city don't know the value of this gym because the most of the guys in the city looks for the cheep offers and possibilities. This is one of the disciplined gym, which follow all the protocol need to be followed in a gym, use of shoes, towels, regular cleaning, clean toilets etc. Besides Ankit, there are many trainers helped me to mention by name Bagiya Imran, Vahid Khan, Ajay makhwana, Chinthan Parmar, Harsh sharma, Raj Beardiya etc. any way I am so grateful to ATM gym. This place is close to my heart, Missing ATS, Missing Veraval ...
Worst gym I have ever seen, worst trainer, he has no idea about how to train biginer... Pls m advise to everyone don't go ats fitness & gym
