Best place to workout for women. They not only focus on physical health but mental health also. No matter at what stage you are, at what body weight you are, no one is gonna judge you here, rather they will focus on improving your health. After joining pyramid fitness , my menstruation cycle became regular without any medication. I lost 6 kg within 3 months, lost extra inches, started feeling energetic throughout day. Became more positive. Work out here is well balanced of cardio and weight lifting. I will highly recommend this place for your physical and mental wellbeing.
My experience at Pyramid fitness was great. The trainer Ms. Pinky was very encouraging and involved us in many activities like warmup, burpees, stretching, zumba, yoga, pranayam etc. Just one thing to remember that when your trainer tells you to do a particular number of repetition of any excercise then don't do more than that on the first day. Otherwise muscles can get pulled and it can result into pain for many days.
