The gym is in overall good condition and has a decent setup for strength training. However, it seriously lacks in terms of cardio equipment. The treadmills are in extremely poor condition--it's fair to say that there are practically no usable cardio machines available. This is a major drawback for anyone looking to incorporate cardio into their workout routine. I strongly recommend the gym owner to invest in upgrading or replacing the cardio equipment, especially the treadmills. A balanced gym experience should cater to both strength and cardio needs.

One of the things I love most is the welcoming and motivating atmosphere. It's a great community where you can focus on your fitness goals without feeling judged. Plus, the gym is open at convenient hours, which makes it easy to fit workouts into my schedule.

Please make a set up for Cardio section. This gym has no cardio section and without cardio there are nothing.

This is what we call "a complete Gym". I've been working out for over 10 years as of now and I can firmly say this is the best place to work out. The key points behind my saying that are: location of the gym, reasonable tariffs, enormous amount of space to work out, all the modern equipments, hygiene, ventilation, professionalism of the owner and trainers and most importantly the availability of qualified trainers round the clock. The amount of personal attention the training staff provides while working out is very appreciable. I bet you'll never find the same in any other Gym. Further, this Gym competes at high level with the big names in the business without a doubt. Conclusion: whenever you're in Vapi Daman locality, Give it a shot it will be worth it.
