Its a Gujarat Housing board project well built, I stayed at friends house and it was a peace stay with beautiful view from gallery also air circulation was very good.

Nice place in Valsad. Budget price flats. I own a flat in this society. Good place for coming in holidays and enjoy. Good climate. Only disappointing the construction work of L&T is not up to the mark.

A nice place to live peacefully. Strong construction by L & T at prestigious valuable residential area of Valsad/ Tithal. A huge campus with 18 buildings of 14 stories each of different sizes.

The project is named as "SARDAR HEIGHTS" after the Iron man of India, "Sardar Vallabh bhai Patel" and constructed by "Larsen & Toubro" the leader and pioneer in the field. In all there are 18 building and 1800+ flat's/houses. So it is a full village in itself.
