Worst gym ever with the worst management Especially their staff members Zuber and Tanu. They tell all the facilities like steam bath, Zumba, freezing in case of absence will be given. But after you pay for the subscription they start putting conditions on everything. Neither regular Zumba is conducted nor they switch on their Steam Bath quoting different reasons for not doing the same. The owner is in his own sense of complacency and doesn't seem to care about the inconvenience their staff members are causing to the gym lovers....... Please stop the nuisance you are creating

Gym is good (though equipments are old, most of them are well maintained), but gym trainers are the worst and not to be relied upon at all. I had opted to private training with about 6.5 thousand rupees per month for about 6 months, but due to reckless and careless manner of my trainer, I have suffered from disk herniation. I had to consult an orthopedist for the same. I have recovered from it after about 2 months of physiotherapy. If this condition is not treated at earlier stages, it can lead to permanent back pain (and loss of leg sensations at worst!). I believe personal training can give you the best results (or makes it easy to achieve best results), as there is someone to push you to your limits. But, If your trainer is not well experienced or well trained, he/she can give you a very rough time unintentionally. On final notes, I would suggest the gym if you are good enough to train on your own. DO NOT go to this gym if your are looking for private training. Also there is lack of professionalism among the private trainers. They might tease you sometimes or make fun of you. PS: I am attaching my MRI scan. You will clearly be able to see bulging disc at L5.

Overall the gym and the equipments are pretty good. The timings are also pretty amazing (open all day). The only thing which made me write this review and giving only 3 stars is the behavior of the trainer. Not at all co-operative and satisfying their miniscule ego by just shouting and creating issue out of nothing. I hope he learns some humility. Will be updating it soon if I find any improvement at all.

One of the best gym in vadodara. Located at prime location with a great ambience. The trainers are quite friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a excellent gym for your fitness goals.

It's best gym I ever used, trainers are best and they take care at every level and give you proper guidance as your need ..Definitely would recommend this gym to all my friends and dear ones

The gym is good but some of the staff members are so rude they behave like they are the supreme person and treat customers as if they are nothing. So definitely the owner should take action to improve the staff to save there gym's reputation
