Totally Awesome Fitness Centre with Best Equipments, Superb Ambience & Vibe as well. I'm a Lifetime Member here. Also, the Owner, Konika Ma'am is Super Down To Earth & with No Attitude, unlike some other Gym Owners I met. My entire family trains here, very safe & friendly environment, esp for Ladies & Women.

I had a very disappointing experience at this gym. When I raised a genuine complaint regarding the poor lighting and genrater, instead of addressing the issue, the management reacted with arrogance and told me to take a refund. It is clear they lack basic customer service etiquette and do not know how to communicate with members respectfully. Moreover, I am being forced to leave the gym due to personal ego issues from their side, not by my own choice. I have paid and now have to struggle to get my rightful full refund without unnecessary deductions. The way they handle customer concerns is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I am writing this review because I came to this gym after reading their good reviews on Google. But now it seems like those positive reviews might have been paid or influenced because the reality is completely different. New customers should be aware of this before joini

Hands down the Best Fitness Center in the Akota - Jetalpur - Station Rd Belt. The Most Premium & Chic Gym in this Area, with an Ultra Smart Crowd & a Chilled Vibe. A highly deserved 5-Stars all the way.

I've been an active member of Urban Fitness Gotri, and now Akota for over six years, and it's become so much more than a gym, it's a community I genuinely cherish. Joel and Konika Ma'am, the amazing duo behind it, are regulars on the floor, engaging with us regularly. They listen deeply, warmly welcome feedback, and continuously evolve the space to support our collective fitness and well-being. In addition to cardio and weight training, Ma'am conducts these high-intensity mobility workout on Saturday mornings. Even in her sixties, she matches, and often challenges much younger boys and girls with her strength, stability, and balance. Training alongside her is both inspiring and motivating. Yes, Vadodara's occasional power cut or an AC taking a breather happens now and then--but those are citywide quirks, not Urban Fitness issues. The gym's setup is solid; we simply learn to come with realistic expectations. If and when feedback is shared with the trainers about abandoned weights, or mobile phones lying on gym equipment, etc. the trainers immediately take appropriate action. If required, a simple text to Ma'am is sure to bring immediate resolution. Six years in, I still leave each session energized and inspired. Urban Fitness Akota stands out because of the humanity, responsiveness, and heart that Joel and Konika pour into it. If you're looking for a place that treats you like more than just a "customer" where your voice matters, this is it. Honestly, it's been one of the most consistent and positive parts of my routine.
