I had gone to this gym a couple of years ago and lost around 10 kgs. The trainer is really good and knowledgeable and he helped me lose weight the right way. Even after leaving the gym my weight has not shoot up. I am still maintaining the same weight even after 3 years of leaving the gym. You will see a difference in yourself both physically and mentally with time. I'm extremely happy with the results.
