After all, this place advertises itself as a premium gym with a great aura, top-notch facilities, and respectful staff. Unfortunately, our experience was far from that. Nowhere during the membership process was it clearly communicated that we would be restricted to using the gym only once a day. It's disappointing to find out about such limitations after the payment is made. Transparency should be the baseline, not a luxury. To make things worse, the reception staff seemed clueless and lacked even basic courtesy. Instead of politely informing us of the rule--even if we were in the wrong--they chose to handle the situation with coldness and zero client empathy. At the very least, considering our genuine reason and intent, they could have shown some respect and explained the policy with basic professionalism. For a gym that charges premium fees and claims to be customer-focused, this was a letdown. I sincerely urge the management to reconsider how they treat their clients. A good facility means nothing without good people and a respectful attitude behind the desk. If you're considering joining, make sure you ask everything in writing beforehand, or better yet, choose a gym that treats its clients with fairness and respect from day one.

When I questioned them, the staff gave a lazy excuse that "there are too many members and it gets overcrowded." That's just laughable -- the gym is barely full most times. If managing capacity is such a big concern, maybe fix your infrastructure or your management, instead of placing ridiculous and hidden restrictions on paying members. This kind of shady, non-transparent policy shows how little they value customer trust. I absolutely regret joining Leocor Gym. Be warned -- ask 10 times and get everything in writing before you pay, or better yet, go somewhere that actually respects its members and their hard-earned money.
