The management themselves let you feel like you're in the worst gym ever in your life. Clients are begging for the basic services and they never listen and acted quickly. You ask for the basic services and they'll let you feel like beggers. ACs are not working since 2 months, required fans are not installed, basic principle missing from trainers. Trainers answers like "owner doesnt listen to us, we dont have anything in hand. We told them manytimes but owner didnt reply etc." I have never seen such poor management from any company or franchise. Customers/clients are not treated/listened respectfully. We are the regular clients since more than four years, evenafter lot many flaws, still nothing has improved much. I urege to the management, look into this if you're willing to.
