Great experience in gym. One of the best gym in Baroda. Perfect trainers. Positive vibe in gym. Hygiene gym. People caring their hand towels. They believe in service.

Absolute crap gym. As blunt as I can be - absolute crap. I joined in Dec 2024. I asked first thing whether if you will keep AC on or shut it off like other Gym's do. They said they always keep it on, and if its off, ask us and we will turn it on. 6 months and i always have to argue for AC. Even then they keep it so high temp that its just the fan working. Imagine a place sealed off and they do this, you can barely breathe you struggle to pull weights. When you ask they give you looks and make arguements like its On. Well if it was on, i wouldn't want to argue. Most people feel shy to ask and I have seen this at most places that people shy to ask for such things and they just manage. I ask always. Idc. I am not going to feel embarrassed. I paid, i'll ask for the services which were mentioned when i signed up. Give me refund of remaining days if you have an issue. I'll take and leave that very minute. A learning if you may take - most gyms close down in few years because of such shitty practices. This is why big gyms who charge 15-25k operate well while gyms such as your struggle even after charging 1/3rd price. I only came here due to close distance from my home. Anyways I know you guys won't change and be the way you are - you won't understand how important is customer service skill which helps business thrive in these competitive days of operating business. I am writing for those who are thinking of joining here - please dont. If you want to work here sweating like a pig, no air circulation, listening to love songs such high your earbuds wont help either, please join. Otherwise please pay more and get better gyms. I am just going to wait out for my membership to die down and I won't be seen here. Most gyms I wont take name of - they died in few years in good new alkapuri - gotri areas because they all operated this way. I'll keep you updated in a month on how management reacts to this review. My best bet - they will ignore or just come argue with me.

The worst gym I have ever seen, equipment are not good at all for the price they are asking. Then most the trainers are not good at all, they are trainers cum sales man. Then all the time they play romantic songs and even though I wear the headphones the voice goes inside. If you ask them to change the song they rudely say no.

New gym open 6 months back - good trainers - fantastic equipments - spacious - nice music system - friendly owner - quite reasonable cost - close to the main Gotri cross roads

Equipments are all new and good but gym trainers(few of them) they will only pay attention to personal training members. Crossfit training is for namesake for regular customer, as no one will train u for that u have to learn yourself if u haven't opted for Personal training. They had few good friendly trainers(who used to pay proper attention) initially but they all left don't know why. Good buisness morales but the personal touch is something they need to work upon. All in all its okay. Been a member for a year.

In terms of location, equipment, and space it is too good but it is very crowded in the morning. Also sometimes we are not able to find the equipment like dumble when required so it would be good if you can increase the count of it.

The trainers are good. They don't stress you enough for the exercises, and help you become fit. There are also other body builders who are working very hard. But me as an obese guy i am happy with the exercise routine i am getting to become fit
