Fitness one Gym | Gotri - Vadodara

This gym had its good days perhaps years ago. Now what you see are machines that lack upkeep, broken machines that are never fixed, torn floor mats, unkempt floor and so on. I have been going here for 6 months, every day for 6 days a week, not a day missed. Coaches are good, but none stays for more than 3 months. No one even lubricates or calibrates the machines. If only the owner took some interest and invests in professional upkeep and maintenance of the equipment, this gym could perhaps recover its glory. At the moment, it is in pathetic shape.

Really spacious and well maintained gym at affordable rates. The trainers are really helpful. Most of the equipment are quite new. The interior is very helpful in promoting a good workout enviorment. They also conduct multiple activities with the members which is fun. A scope for improvement is the number of dumbbells and benches.
