I have been working with Team Fit Jiyo and Chitixa madam for a couple of months . Fitness training here is based on body weight and floor exercises. Though its a group training, one to one focus and guidance is provided. Positive Difference from Routine gym is obviously felt in few days. I would definitely recommend a visit to Fit Jiyo and Chitixa madam for Health and fitness.
