I have join bodytone fitness studio for three months with personal training from shenaz mam . It's been three weeks I am doing personal training with shenaz mam and I am very happy with the results. My purpose for joining is muscle strengthening and weight loss. After a long search of good personal trainer finally I found shenaz mam . She has very good knowledge of body anatomy and she takes very good care of my lower spin problem . It's being fun to exercise with shenaz mam . Ambience of the gym is very good with all facilities. I highly recommend these to all.

By joining gym there is a new experience. Doing exercises on daily premises give me more energy to work. Feeling energetic after joining gym. The good thing is that gym is safe for women's.
