Om anadam...I m lucky bcz I m joint garbh sanskar yang at yoga point..my advise we all ladies do garbh sanskar n this is call frm prachin sanskruti....I like here yog sadhana n I fill all days better n good...wt a amazing experience I have..I wish all my relative bcm part of garbh sanskar..I enjoying my mother good. ..this palace is best..so relax...spiritual n peaceful thank to neeru didi n yogachrya..I do pre pregnancy n post pregnancy course...not go anywhere that's my advise...om namah shivay
