This place is really good for physical training but also mental peace. Me and my husband have joined since 3 years and believe me they have very good trainers, they make us work so hard and even they work so hard for us. Also they suggest for good diet plan. They have good space for cardio rehab exercises. They have real good equipments for different exercises and they clean it and well maintained. I must say my money worth it for gym like this. People are so friendly over there.
