Dr. Rohit Delat told me to take physiotherapy first. So, my friend 's reference I came to Sahyog Physiotherapy and fitness centre and meet the doctor. They checked all my previous reports and scans, same day I started physiotherapy. After 3 months all Pain reduced upto 90% . The doctors and staff are also very helpful. Also within 3 months I took diet from the Sahyog, i loss my weight 92 kg to 78 kg with four time taking food.
I have taken medicines for migraine, but now I reduced to three 3 tablets.
