The place is good, and the equipment is well-maintained. However, during the joining process, they do not clearly inform you that proper guidance on equipment usage will only be provided after purchasing a Personal Training (PT) package. Initially, for the first 2-3 days, you may receive some attention and basic trial support, but once the full membership fee is paid, the attitude completely changes -- they assume you already know how to use all the equipment, regardless of your actual experience. They should be upfront at the time of joining and clearly state that the gym primarily provides access to equipment, and that personalized training or guidance requires an additional PT purchase. Additionally, the floor trainers are often seen engaged in gossip with 2-4 women members, rather than focusing on assisting or guiding other gym-goers. At times, it feels as if they are paid not only for Gym training but also for socializing, which is highly unprofessional. Overall, this gym appears to be heavily money-minded, prioritizing the sale of PT packages over genuinely supporting members in achieving their fitness goals.

It's been a year I have joined this gym. And the experience is superb.i have joined without a personal trainer andi must say all the trainers are always there to guide and explain all the fitness things like workout and diet. Trainers are so good and helpful all time. All personal trainers are also guide though i am a general member. Must join

I have joined the gym for 6 months , gym is really good.. machines are new .. But trainers only focus those who have personal trainer. At first they will guide you but when you declare I am here only for general training and not requiring any personal trainer They are no longer interested in guiding u. If u ask them to guide u they will just tell u do this, do that and wont even bother further. U have to like constantly keep asking them what should i do or eat and all but not guiding so well They will chose to stand idle but not guide u while training . This gym is great only if u opt for personal trainers.

I just wanted to share how good I feel in this gym. From the moment I started coming here, I've felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I need for a great workout. I truly appreciate the effort put into making this a great place to train, and I'd love to give it a very positive review for the quality of the services and overall atmosphere.

It's been 6 months since I joined this gym with nakul sir pt and it's been a wonderful experience.the amount of knowledge he has and the scientific method and scientific explanation of each and every exercise is amazing. The gym is super clean hygiene with quality members. Best gym in town.

I joined this gym last year and I just renewed my yearly membership.i renewed because the gym is so good with superb equipment and service. The gym also has a cafe which has fueled my workout and being a general member without having pt trainers are always guides for workout. Must recommend

Gym is ok.. machines are new and modern .. Trainers are good too in their skills. But trainers only focus upon one thing that is pushing everyone towards getting personal trainer. The day u declare I am here only for general training and not requiring any personal trainer , it all goes downhill from there. They are no longer interested in suggesting or guiding u. If u ask them to guide u they will just tell u do this, do that and wont even bother further. U have to like constantly keep asking them and they will most likely reply in manner u will feel like have u asked them their kidneys or what ? They will chose to stand idle but not guide u while training . This gym is great only if u opt for personal trainers.

I am member of gymnation from last 5 years and I must say it's the best gym in surat. From last 5 years I am doing as a general member without pt I am doing my workout with help and guidance of gym trainers. They are always there for general members. To good care and equipmens and workout vibes. All the best gymnation.
