I've been going to this gym for 4 years, and overall, it's been a great experience. The equipment is sufficient for almost any workout, but if you have specific training needs, you might want to bring your own supportive gear. The gym is well-maintained, and the general trainers are helpful if you ask for guidance. Just keep in mind that their support is basic, if you manage your expectations, you'll be quite satisfied.
