CFS Gym

Good gym overall with a lot of positives. Pros: Great variety of machines, helpful trainers, and clean facilities. The schedule of classes is broad, which lets me try different workouts. On the downside, sometimes during peak hours it gets crowded and I've had to wait for machines. Also, could improve lighting in some corners / more frequent cleaning of the floors after busy sessions. But all in all, happy with my experience and I'll be continuing here.

This is the very good gym , the trainers are learns respectfully and truly , this types of gym is dream for all , also the members of gym they can also respect to all and in this gym all members are live friendly and respectfully ,also the gym s all dumbles and machines are fitted very carefully and mannerfull then the members can't face any problem and the lighting and the sound system is also good to give motivation and build muscles

I have made the best progress with Rishi sir at CFS gym. Most of my health related concerns are addressed here and I have been regularly going to gym. The Trainers are friendly and very helpful. CFS gym is one of the best gym to get fit and Rishi sir is one of the very genuine Trainer who trains diligently to his class. Personally I have gained weight and my muscles mass has increased and I feel confident about myself. And I am following vegetarian diet.
