91 Fitness

I wouldn't recommend it, not even to my worst enemy. Unprofessional and disappointing. I joined 91 Fitness as a complete beginner. During the trial, the trainers were attentive and helpful, which convinced me to sign up for a 3-month membership. But the very next day, everything changed. The trainers completely ignored me. Despite telling them I had never worked out before and needed guidance, they barely looked at me. When I did ask for help, I was made to feel like I was asking for a free favor. It was humiliating, especially in front of experienced members. I felt small and out of place. If your gym only supports people who take personal training, just be clear about it. Why let beginners sign up and then leave them to fend for themselves? I quit within 4-5 days because I simply couldn't continue in that kind of environment. Months later, I got a call asking when I'd renew my membership!! Are you serious!! They didn't care when I had stopped coming. Just wanted their next installment!!

The receptionist behaviour is wrost..don't visit this gym guys ....she has so much attitude...I asked to join the gym and she refused..that there is no ladies batch ..and I saw ladies inside the gym...don't visit guys better find any good gym and frndly gym...not this type of gym soo bad wrost experience she doesn't know how to talk with customers ..maybe you should hire some professional for your gym ..

The receptionists are very unclear during communication and gives wrong instructions. They are also rude and extremely uncooperative to their clients. They don't even deserve one star (only because of people at the reception).

Good equipment, Hygienic, superb sounds system that's turn your mood in workout mode
